We want you to be happy with The Almanac. If it isn't what you expected, here's how to get your money back.

Bought on the web

Purchases on the web are handled by Paddle, our reseller. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying The Almanac, for any reason. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact paddle.net or us. After a refund, The Almanac's features are turned off on your account.

Bought on Google Play

Purchases in the Android app are handled by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policies. Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund directly from Google Play (in your order history, or at play.google.com). After that, refunds are not guaranteed, but you're welcome to contact us and we'll look at your request case by case. Any refund we approve is made through Google Play.
